'No Time To Die' - 2nd (final?) trailer thoughts

The hype monster has risen from beneath the waves and a new No Time To Die trailer is with us. With that, the release date seems to be confirmed for November, even for Argentina, but with the production of this movie you never know the ways of life. I'll leave you the trailer below, then some thoughts about it.

'Beyond The Ice' is now out in paperback and digital

Hello world! I'm pleased to announce my fourth book (not counting updates or translation) is now out in the Amazon store, and I'm sure it'll be available later in BookDepository. Beyond The Ice: The Case For And Against Die Another Day, deals with the 40th anniversary James Bond movie, which -unlike my favourite 007 flick GoldenEye- is hated by many.

Where have all the good old Bond film preheating days go?

It's almost 22 years since I became a James Bond fan in January 1998. And I'm sad to say I don't feel identified with the Bond fandom of today, at all. Mind you, this has nothing to do with my love to the character. I love Bond in every media, particularly films, video games and books, even the comic books. Sorry to say it, but, should I have the chance to go to Great Britain in April (something impossible to happen due to my miserable finances), I can count with the fingers of one hand those I would really look forward to meet.

I doubt this year will be as great as 2015 was (still the best year of my life since the late 1990s), but it already has two things in common: a new James Bond film is coming, No Time To Die, and it's another anniversary of GoldenEye. 

'No Time To Die' - Trailer thoughts

Yes, Blofeld is back. And the No Time To Die trailer has finally been released today. Before the end of the year I'll be releasing my third book: A View To A Thrill: A Closer Look at The James Bond Trailers, which basically says it all. Needless to say, this promo will be thoroughly commented but I won't really make too much personal statements, so I'll share them with you here, below the official trailer video.

New article on Pierce Brosnan's Bond

Sick and tired of hearing misdirected people trash the Pierce Brosnan James Bond movies, I wrote an article for the Ultimate Action Movie Club describing the best of his era. This is just a brief glimpse of what you can find on my most recent book, The Bond of The Millennium, which is out now and a Spanish translation is on the works (probably out for mid-September).

As you can appreciate, the header image belongs to promotional artwork commissioned by EON Productions to celebrate the 40th anniversary of James Bond in October 2002. And it was, precisely, in October 2002 when the newspaper from the Manuela Pedraza elementary school came out.
