As you can appreciate, the header image belongs to promotional artwork commissioned by EON Productions to celebrate the 40th anniversary of James Bond in October 2002. And it was, precisely, in October 2002 when the newspaper from the Manuela Pedraza elementary school came out.
The school newspaper was actually a magazine called Crónicas Del Manuela (Manuela's Chronicles) and it had a single edition coming out in October of every year, the sixth-graders being in charge of the whole edition process and formatting of all articles to be included.
I remember well when I proposed the inclusion of an article about the 40th anniversary of James Bond, as my 12-year-old self was extremely hyped with the release of Die Another Day, trying to catch every TV spot, documentary or newsflash with my old VCR recorder (sadly, the tapes went missing). It was a no-no from my schoolmates who didn't tolerate my Bondmanship one bit. Yet, our teacher had intervened and gave me the green light, saying that if I knew a subject well, I should go for it.
And that's how it happened. At the bottom corner of a page of the magazine, there was my article. My life has changed so much between 2002 and 2019 that many things, like this magazine, got lost as I moved from a place to another. Luckily, I managed to keep the text and I'm going to share it with you right now, translated to English.

Hope you liked it and please excuse me if it sounded childish. After all, I was only 12.
